Disclaimer

Content

The contents of these pages were created with the greatest care. However, no guarantee is assumed for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. All service descriptions are general in nature; commitments in a specific project arise solely from the respective agreement.

Links

This website contains no links to external services for whose content we would share responsibility. Where such links are added, the respective provider is responsible for their content; at the time of linking, no unlawful content was recognisable.

Copyright

The content and works (texts, design, code) displayed on this website are subject to Swiss copyright law. Use without prior consent is not permitted. Third-party trademarks and company names serve exclusively for description.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us — not least because our business consists of processing data where it belongs: in our clients' environment. This website itself processes data deliberately minimally. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in force since 1.9.2023) applies.

Principle: no tracking on this website

Hosting & server log data

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (US) or its European partners as static hosting. When a page is requested, technically necessary access data is processed (IP address in truncated form, time, requested resource, browser type/referrer). These logs serve security and operations (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. c FADP — legitimate interest) and are retained briefly. No marketing analysis takes place.

Making contact

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you submit (name, e-mail, message content) exclusively to handle your enquiry (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a FADP, contract or pre-contract). These data are not passed to third parties without your consent and are deleted after the contact concludes in accordance with internal retention policy, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Your rights

Under the FADP you may request at any time, free of charge, information (Art. 25), correction, erasure and restriction of processing as well as data disclosure (Art. 28). Send requests to the e-mail address above. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority for data protection (FDPIC, Switzerland).
